Quick Tips For First Time Users

You got your nails... Now what?!?

Here are some quick tips for first time users.

Disclaimer:  there are a million tricks and tricks for Jamberry that everyone and their mom will try and give you.  Most people will try various techniques to see what works for them.  But you just got your nails!!  So let's KISS it!  (Keep It Simple Stupid!).

1.  Use an alcohol wipe to clean finger nails.  I have tried using alcohol on Kleenex and cotton balls= Not the same they make the nails less affective.

2.  Heat nails until they are soft and pliable.  It is better to overheat than underheat.

3.  When placing the nail, try to keep from touching skin.  It is better to have a wrap that is too small than too big, even if it means seeing a small amount of nail around the wrap.

4. Once nail is placed, try not to lift up and replace.  Particles from your nail will come up with the glue, making the wrap less affective, so try not to place and replace.

5.  Trim nails on one hand and then go back and file nails after whole hand is done.  It allows the wraps to cool a little but before filing.

6.  Once nails are done, avoid warm or hot water for the time being.  ie.  don't jump into a hot steamy shower with your heat activated nails. Lol. The glue has to set up for a bit first and will be waterproof and ready for water soon.

You are ready!!
Jam on!!
